Ray Horton
Career
Ray had his start as an assistant coach in 2001, during the ALL Star Season of the Collins Hill Eagles. His love for the game and desire to teach, led him to accept an assistant coaching position with the 94’ Georgia Elite 14U 2008-2009 team.
The 94’ Georgia Elite was a first year team. The coaches knew their work was cut out for them as the team was newly formed, playing against veteran teams that have been together for several years. Head Coach Sojo Moody and Charvi Greer, along with assistant coach, Ray Horton exceeded all expectations.

• Playing time is Earned not Given
• Winning builds pride, but so does hard work and commitment
• The will to Win is meaningless without the will to prepare
• Never give up
• Set goals and stick to them
• There’s no 1 player more important than the team
• Have Fun !!!!!
